Continuous quality improvement is critical to
WorkLife Strategies, as
well as a key goal we help our clients focus on for themselves
and their organizations. As such, surveying our clients is a regularly
integrated part of every workshop and training session that we
conduct. We use the input to continuously fine-tune our course
content and points of emphasis in our work with individuals. We’re
