After earning her Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman’s University, she supervised employee services and wellness for the Xerox Corporation in Dallas. This early appreciation and practice of recreation and wellness, coupled with her experience in performance/career management, contribute to her belief in personally striving for a work and life balance. She founded WorkLife Strategies to help others achieve a rewarding personal balance in their careers and their lives.
