Carol

experience working with diverse organizations and individuals, along
with sensitivity for how to communicate tough messages in an affirming

practice areas include developing individual’s leadership skills,
building a cohesive workforce of customer-oriented professionals, designing
and implementing strategies to build effective teams, and exploring
individual’s communication styles to promote understanding and
resolution of conflicts that inhibit growth. Carol’s years of

Carol has an extensive knowledge of diverse industries,

direction. Carol’s background with an international consulting
firm, Zale Corporation and Xerox, provided numerous opportunities to

After earning her Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman’s
University, she supervised employee services and wellness for the Xerox
Corporation in Dallas. This early appreciation and practice of recreation
and wellness, coupled with her experience in performance/career management,
contribute to her belief in personally striving for a work and life

She firmly believes that life is to be enjoyed and relished.
