Picture     Great things happen when "calm comes to work."   Our interactive CALM@WORK.CALM® program reduces workplace stress and builds productivity by providing your employees with better time management and personal interaction skills.

Using video, group exercises and high-energy discussion, this WorkLife course helps employees both as individuals and as team members learn the strategies to make their work life more pleasant, more calm, and even more fun.

Individuals discover:
How they view their work
How to manage time wasters
How to interact with others to gain cooperation and commitment
How to invite calm and fun back into their work environment
How to recognize and set priorities in their work and personal lives

Team members learn:
How to collectively better manage time and workload
How different behavior styles and needs affect each member's personal use
    of time
How to identify techniques for depressurizing deadlines and the power of "no"

The benefits of our CALM@WORK.CALM® program extend beyond the workplace.  Employees are given a valuable opportunity to revisit what they hold important in life along with the impact their personal values have on their life and work choices.  This contributes to employees' sense of fulfillment and value.

The program begins - as all WorkLife Strategies programs do - with our consultant learning your company's culture, function and needs.  Then, employees complete an Internet-delivered questionnaire to ascertain their individual work styles and identify the time wasters that influence their overall time effectiveness.  The survey not only helps employees identify their priorities, it also helps them see how colleagues' differing needs and behavior styles affect their personal use of time.  Each participant receives materials containing suggestions and techniques for achieving calm.
