Communications
Building Team Effectiveness
WorkLife Strategies uses a combination of inquiry, assessment, discussion, and group exercises. Our individualized programs lead team members to better understand and appreciate the difference in each member’s personal and professional style. We guide the team to develop strategies for blending the members’ different work behaviors so that the group can accomplish its common goal.
Clients tell us how well our programs work to solidify working relationships, strengthen teams’ communication skills, improve tolerance of differences, and build leaders’ coaching skills.
I-SPEAK Your Language®
Teams become more effective when members understand one another and responses are appropriate, unimpeded by differences in personal communication styles.
We assimilate the I-SPEAK Your Language® program curriculum with your corporate culture and communication issues. Based on the work of the late Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, the I-SPEAK program teaches individuals to understand the nature of different psychological types and how to communicate more effectively with each of them.
With proven teaching methods, individual coaching and group exercises, we help employees understand how their personal communication styles work for or against them in the workplace. They learn to recognize differences in styles and how to communicate better by taking those style differences into account.
