WorkLife Strategies utilizes our Job Insights approach to help you secure the “Right Fit” hire.
Through the use of job descriptions, discussion with stakeholders in the job and on-line questionnaires, we create a job benchmark which reflects the behavioral styles and values sought in the job.
Candidates complete the on-line Talent Insights Questionnaire creating reports that show the candidates’ exact behavioral styles and values.
Comparing the job benchmark to the Talent report reveals the candidate’s match to the job’s behavioral style and values. The results provide important selection input, which guide your use of customized interview questions with the candidate and the reference checks.
Later we convert the individual’s Talent Insights report into a full DISC report for the person’s coaching, training and development.
Selecting Talent Workshop
WorkLife Strategies’ custom-tailored interactive workshop provides an experiential learning opportunity to teach, model, demonstrate and role-play. Attendees learn the techniques, tools and strategies for selection interviews that produce hiring success.
