"Clearly, the main attribute that differentiates WorkLife Strategies from other consulting firms is their ability and desire to learn and integrate into a client company's business objectives, values and culture.  The result is a value added program with a facilitator "speaking the language" of the company, versus a generic ‘off the shelf’ training program. A question that often surfaces from employees that have experienced WorkLife Strategies' programs is ‘what department do they (the WorkLife Strategies facilitator) work in?’ Their assumption is that someone who is speaking their language must be an employee of the company.
